Orders

Orders placed before 12pm are shipped the same day. In most cases, for in stock products, orders are shipped the same day. In rare cases, your order may take up to 3 days to ship, depending on volume and availability of store products.

If there is an issue with your order, you will be contacted via email or phone, to discuss the better resolution to the issue. We may cancel your order at anytime, without notice, based on our discretion

Shipping

You will get a tracking number when your order has been shipped. Standard shipping takes up to 10 days for delivery. Rush shipping takes 3 days for delivery.

We reserve the right to substitute shipping processors when the selected one isn't available. In such cases, the substitute will provide and equal or lesser travel time to your destination.

Returns

You have up to 30 days to return your order if it is defective, damaged, broken or otherwise unusable. In such cases, please contact our support team at support@vppremier.com. They will help you get your return processed quickly and efficiently. Orders cannot be returned if they are opened, unless the item was incorrect or defective.
